Insight Global is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support a high-profile commercial building with federal tenants in New York City. This individual will work closely with the Project Manager to drive multiple concurrent construction projects forward, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and budget control. The role requires a strong on-site presence, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with general contractors, consultants, and demanding end clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable working off-hours on complex, high-visibility projects.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
5+ years post-graduate experience in construction, engineering, or CM
Strong on-site construction oversight experience (Superintendent, Inspector, APM, or Owner's Rep)
Proven QA/QC experience reviewing construction plans, specs, and field work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (daily reporting required)
Ability to manage fast-paced, high-visibility projects with demanding stakeholders
Comfortable interfacing directly with end clients and general contractors
Ability to pass federal background check (fingerprinting + ID issuance)
