Position: HR Business Partner

Location: 2801 W Stroop Rd, Moraine, OH 45439

Duties: Business Partner Empowerment & Collaboration - From HRBP perspective, drive cross-departmental synergy to implement HR policies and projects. Align with business goals and strategies, address employee needs efficiently and provide HR support for business growth. Core Talent & Team Building - Optimize talent development mechanisms and succession mechanisms for optimal Role-Motivation Fit to support the efficient operation of teams and the construction of talent echelons. Assist in human resources management and enhance cohesion of business department by applying Organizational behavior principle. Diverse & Inclusive Culture Development - Drive Employee Well-being Program to maximize employee satisfaction and job engagement. Cultivate Psychological Safety and actively decrease Cognitive Biases to improve workplace fairness. Strengthens sense of belonging and organizational cohesion. HR Data Support & Process Optimization - Provide HR data analysis and decision-making advice; maintain organizational management and promote digital transformation of HR processes. Headcount Planning & Control - Manage headcount planning, allocation and dynamic control to ensure rational utilization of human resource quotas. Employee Retention Management - Analyze employee turnover data, focusing on turnover intention and psychological factors. Formulating targeted retention strategies. Salary $75,000.38 per year. Requirements: Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a closely related field.
