Kenneth’s Salon + Spas is currently looking for a dedicated Guest Services Call Center professional to join our team.
SCHEDULE/PAY
Pay: starting at $15.00 per hour
Total hours: 25-30 hours a week
Monday-Friday: Must be available 1pm-7pm
Saturdays: 3 Saturdays/month with open availability from 7:30am-3:30pm
Abilities and Skills Needed:
- Expert customer service and communication skills which include telephone and email etiquette
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Commitment to guest care and ongoing professional growth
- Strength in computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Answer, investigate and respond to all customer inquiries regarding appointments, products, and feedback
