Construction Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all aspects of construction management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise will drive project success through effective planning, resource management, and team collaboration. Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules utilizing tools such as Primavera P6 and Construction management software to track progress and milestones.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify specifications and scope of work.
• Manage procurement processes including construction estimating, bid analysis with HeavyBid or similar software, and contract negotiations.
• Oversee construction site activities to ensure safety standards are maintained and work is performed according to plans.
• Utilize tools like ProCore and Bluebeam for document management, RFIs, submittals, and change order processing.
• Monitor project progress through regular site visits, progress reports, and schedule updates; adjust plans as needed for optimal results.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and safety protocols.
• Facilitate effective project coordination among team members to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project scheduling and site supervision.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as blubeam project 365
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction estimating processes.
• Hands-on experience with construction site activities across commercial or civil projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations applicable to construction sites.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams including clients, contractors, and vendors!
