As part of this partnership, North Bridge House Regent’s Park Prep and North Bridge House Hampstead are becoming Alleyn’s schools. Alleyn’s Regent’s Park successfully transitioned this September, welcoming pupils aged 3–11. Alleyn’s Hampstead will follow in September 2026, offering an exceptional education for pupils aged 2–18 and bringing the distinctive Alleyn’s ethos of academic excellence, creativity, and care to north London.We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Safer Recruitment & Compliance Manager to join our fantastic team. About the role: As Safer Recruitment & Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and compliant operation of the school. You will provide a proactive and professional HR administration service across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring all processes align with safer recruitment and safeguarding requirements. From managing recruitment, onboarding and staff records to maintaining the Single Central Register and supporting payroll processes, your work will directly contribute to a safe and well-run school environment. You will collaborate closely with school leaders, HR teams and wider stakeholders, taking ownership of systems and processes while helping to drive continuous improvement.This is a full-time, permanent, multi-site role based across our Alleyn’s Regent’s Park and Alleyn’s Hampstead locations.To view our candidate pack,please click here.Who we are looking for:  You are a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in HR administration, ideally within an education setting. You have a strong understanding of safer recruitment, safeguarding, and compliance, and you are confident managing sensitive data with accuracy and discretion. With excellent communication and time management skills, you can build effective working relationships and handle multiple priorities to tight deadlines.
