Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition
The Senior Manager Talent Acquisition will lead professional searches across functions in North America, partnering closely with business leaders and HR to secure top talent and ensure we have the bench strength to drive effective and efficient succession management.As astrategic advisor, embedded within the business, you will drive end-to-end hiring andlead recruiting efforts for executive level roles (Director level and higher) across multiple functions.
You will play a critical role in executing recruitment strategy, optimizing recruitment processes, and elevating the candidate experience. You will attract, engage, and hire top talent, collaborating with business leaders to provide insights on job market trends to actively build a robust talent pipeline. Your deep expertise and market knowledge will shape hiring strategies while ensuring an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
You will report to the Talent Acquisition Director North America.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Building and developing strong professional network with external candidates while supporting COTY's employer brand
Leading proactive external mappings to make sure we have strong pool of candidates for business-critical and hard-to-fill roles
Serving as a strategic Talent Advisor by actively establishing a collaborative relationship with business leaders by providing recommendations and talent insights using deep technical acuity, market knowledge, and a strong network
Representing the company as a trusted professional in the market among the senior executive community by showing technical expertise and remaining largely connected
Promoting agile thinking through a fast, adaptive, and iterative recruiting approach
Working on the complete end-to-end recruitment process for internal clients
Using business data, technology, and other operational metrics to recommend a diverse pool of candidates to the hiring managers and engaging with active and passive talent
Driving a best-in-class candidate experience, cultivating long-term relationships and building a sustainable candidate pipeline
QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of 10 years' relevant experience sourcing and recruiting talent, ideally with experience both in-house and at an agency, including executive level roles (Director and above)
Expertise in sourcing, market mapping, and candidate assessment
Broad knowledge of executive compensation plans, strategies, and industry benchmarks
Organizational agility including strong aptitude for working in a matrixed and global changing environment
Data-driven, structured, and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and influencing skills

Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000
