Lead Project Manager - Business Management
Overview
The Oracle Health Federal Consulting team is seeking a Lead Project Manager to oversee and continuously evolve the strategic onboarding framework for new associates. This highly visible, senior role is critical to ensuring new team members are successfully integrated while meeting all compliance, security, and access requirements unique to the federal space.

What You'll Do
Lead the strategic design, execution, and continuous improvement of the end-to-end onboarding program for Oracle Health Federal Consulting associates
Serve as the senior point of contact and escalation resource for new hires, onboarding coordinators, and cross-functional stakeholders
Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of compliance, access, and security requirements
Establish program-level tracking, governance standards, and risk management protocols to proactively address delays and systemic issues
Develop and own communications strategies that ensure clarity, consistency, and accountability across associates, teams, and leadership
Drive process standardization and scalability initiatives, identifying and implementing improvements that support organizational growth
Lead, mentor, and develop junior and senior project managers supporting onboarding coordination
Synthesize program data into executive-level reporting, strategic insights, and actionable recommendations
What You'll Bring (Basic Qualifications)
8-10 years of experience in project management or program leadership, preferably within healthcare technology or federal programs
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Human Resources, or related field
Strong organizational and strategic planning skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders
Demonstrated success leading complex programs independently and managing competing priorities at scale
US citizenship with the ability to obtain federal security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
PMP or other advanced project management certification
Experience leading onboarding or integration programs in highly regulated environments
Strong business acumen and comfort navigating ambiguity at an organizational level
Proven track record of leveraging data, metrics, and program insights to drive strategic process improvements

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
