Keystone Associates Architects, Engineers and Surveyors, LLC is currently looking for an Environmental Professional to join the firm. This role requires a self-sufficient professional capable of independently managing fieldwork, analysis, and reporting for a variety of consulting projects.
Responsibilities
--Perform Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and hazardous building material inspections (including asbestos, lead-based paint, underground storage tanks and other potential hazards)--Conduct indoor air quality (IAQ), water intrusion and mold assessments
--Collect soil, air, water and bulk material samples in accordance with regulatory requirements
--Maintain accurate field documentation and manage assigned project tasks
--Analyze environmental data and prepare final client reports including Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments
--Communicate directly with clients and provide guidance on environmental risks and mitigation strategies
Qualifications
--Bachelors degree in environmental science or a related field--Minimum 5 years of relevant environmental consulting experience
--Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision
--Strong technical writing and communication skills
--Proficiency with environmental sampling methods, equipment, and applicable regulations
--Candidate must qualify as an Environmental Professional (EP) as defined by applicable ASTM standards
--Relevant certifications/licenses (asbestos, lead, etc.) strongly preferred
