We’re Hiring: Marketing & Communications Director

is seeking a creative, strategic, and dynamic Marketing & Communications Director to help tell the story of our vibrant synagogue community.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about community engagement, storytelling, design, and creating meaningful connections through marketing and communications.
Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies
- Managing synagogue communications, website content, and social media
- Creating engaging graphics and promotional materials
- Promoting religious services, educational programs, concerts, and community events
- Collaborating with synagogue staff, lay leaders, and community members
- Strengthening Beth El’s presence throughout Westchester
- Tracking campaign performance and providing strategic insights
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Marketing experience, ideally in a nonprofit, community, or religious organization
- Strong writing, communication, and creative design skills
- Proficiency with social media platforms and graphic design tools
- Curiosity about and appreciation for Jewish traditions, holidays, and community life
Compensation & Benefits:
- $70,000–$85,000 salary
