Kenneth’s Salon + Spas is currently looking for a dedicated part-time professional Guest Services team member for our GROVE CITY location.
SCHEDULE/PAY -
Pay: starting at $15.00 per hour
Total hours: 20-30 hours a week
Monday-Friday: Must be available Mon 10-4 and all other days 1-9
Saturdays: 3 Saturdays/month with open availability from 7:30am-5:30/6PM

- Expert customer service and communication skills which include telephone and email etiquette
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Detail-oriented
- Commitment to guest care and ongoing professional growth
- Strength in computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Multitasking skillset
- Answer, investigate and respond to all customer inquiries regarding appointments, products, and feedback
