The Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Education Services provides consultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations and develops/implements behavior intervention plans for individuals with academic and behavioral deficits. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst - ES acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the school setting.

Minimum Requirements:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field
Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools
One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred
Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
Current CPR if applicable
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age

Role Overview:
This BCBA will primarily provide classroom-based behavioral support and oversight rather than direct 1:1 ABA services.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and monitor behavioral data collection across classrooms (10-15 students with data tracking; 5-6 with BIPs)
Provide limited direct care support for 1-2 students, as needed
Review and oversee behavior strategies and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Complete FBAs if requested by the district (expected to be minimal during this timeframe)
Supervise a Behavior Support staff member working toward BCBA certification
Review student interactions, data collection, and behavior strategies
Complete required supervision documentation and hour tracking
Support classrooms as needed and lead student support team meetings
Team Structure:
Works alongside a school counselor and existing behavior team
Supporting a new Behavior Support staff member pursuing BCBA certification
Requirements:
BCBA with minimum 2 years of experience
Must have completed the 8-hour supervision course prior to start
Schedule & Logistics:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (school schedule)
Onsite only (no hybrid/remote due to student needs and supervision requirements)
Documentation currently in Word and Excel
