JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive
maintenance on manufacturing equipment, building systems, and residential facilities to ensure continuous operation. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems using schematics, ohmmeters, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), ensuring minimal downtime. Conduct mechanical repairs including welding, pulley replacements, belt adjustments, and equipment alignment. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Read and interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings to diagnose issues effectively. Execute electrical repairs involving wiring, circuit testing, motor controls, and troubleshooting using appropriate tools. Carry out residential painting projects as needed to maintain facility aesthetics. Supervise maintenance team members or contractors during specific projects or tasks, providing guidance and ensuring safety compliance. Lead facilities maintenance initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, safety standards, and equipment longevity. Support manufacturing operations by ensuring machinery is operating at peak performance. Assist with the installation of new equipment or upgrades following technical specifications. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies through regular inspections and training sessions. Communicate effectively with team members and external vendors in English to coordinate work activities. \*\** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in manufacturing or facilities environments. Strong electrical knowledge with hands-on experience working with schematics, PLCs, wiring diagrams, and electrical components. Mechanical expertise including welding (certification preferred), mechanical repairs, and understanding of mechanical schematics. Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and maintenance tracking. Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and mechanical diagrams accurately. Proficiency with testing tools such as ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting. Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices including plumbing, HVAC systems, and general building upkeep. Supervisory or leadership experience in managing maintenance teams or projects. Excellent communication skills in English for effective collaboration across teams. Ability to perform residential painting tasks as part of facility upkeep. Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to diagnostics and repairs. Relevant certifications or vocational training in electrical systems, mechanical maintenance, welding, or related fields are highly desirable.
