Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled PhD or PsyD level provider to join our team in providing evidence-based mental health treatment for children and adolescents. This position will primarily focus on clients ages 7-13 but experience in treating younger children and older adolescents is helpful.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to children and adolescents
- Collaborate with parents/caregivers through coaching and family-focused interventions
- Participate in regular case consultation with our clinical team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Display a high level of communication, independent time-management, and organization
- Display and openness to growth and learning as our practice expands with new and evolving client needs
Required:
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology
- Fully licensed in Colorado (or license-eligible)
- Commitment to evidence-based practice
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Openness to learning new modalities and receiving clinical feedback
Preferred Experience/Knowledge in:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
- Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)
- Parent coaching and family systems work

Position Details
- Schedule: Flexible to discuss part-time/full-time (W-2/1099)
- Work Environment: On-site office space available two-three afternoons/evenings per week, weekend scheduling is optional
- Employment Type: We are open to both W-2 and off-site 1099/Benefits package is determined by employment status.
