Machine Operator

The schedule for this role is 1st shift, 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday through Friday Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Set up and operate file folder machine for production runs * Perform job changeovers, tooling adjustments, and calibration * Inspect product to ensure they meet quality standards * Solve quality issues through machine calibration * Support preventative maintenance and machine upkeep * Maintain and adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain organized and efficient work area * Interpret work orders providing accurate countsExperience: 2 or more years working in a manufacturing/production floor environment preferred. Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days * Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn industrial equipment * Strong problem-solving skillsWho We Are: Established in 1896, Gaylord Archival is located in Syracuse, New York.
