Key responsibilities include: Scheduling tradesmen and apprentices. Managing and training staff to improve efficiencies. Ensuring quality workmanship through quality assurance checks. Managing major projects, including scoping, planning, and budgeting. Overseeing health & safety compliance. Liaising with clients and maintaining strong relationships. Refining current systems for greater efficiency. Reporting, planning, and auditing. What We’re Looking For: Experienced Project Manager or a qualified electrician with 7+ years of experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Practical mindset with the ability to think on your feet. Excellent communication skills. Pride in delivering top-quality work.
