Job Description
The Sr Project Manager plays a pivotal role in facilitating and supporting the implementation of assigned RCM projects. This individual collaborates closely with IT Capability Leaders, IT Account Leaders, IT teams, RCM teams, and external vendors to deliver solutions that align with organizational priorities. Key responsibilities include reporting deviations in project progress and timelines to stakeholders across business and technology domains, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and maintaining up-to-date execution statuses in standard work tracking tools such as ServiceNow.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of PM experience (IT)
4+ years of project management experience with RCM projects.
4+ years of project management experience in a healthcare setting. - PMP preferred
Hands on experience with ServiceNow
Strong communication skills across multiple mediums
AI first mindset
