Randstad has partnered with an industry leader known for stability and community impact to find an organized, driven coordinator for their growing Talent Acquisition team.

The Role:

Own the interview logistics by managing complex calendars, virtual setups, and candidate communications.

Maintain data integrity within Workday (ATS) to ensure a seamless and accurate hiring pipeline.

Serve as a key point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, delivering a top-tier experience.

Support onboarding activities, internship programs, and high-impact university recruiting events.

The Requirements:

✅ Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s preferred).

✅ 0–1 year of experience in administration, customer service, or HR support.

✅ Solid proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Workday, and an ability to quickly learn ATS systems.

✅ Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
