HR Coordinator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Generalist Support: Assist HR leadership with policy administration and daily operations across the distribution center.

  • Employee Relations: Champion company values, diversity, and Open Door policies to resolve issues effectively.

  • Special Projects: Partner with leadership on special HR initiatives and talent projects as assigned.

What We Are Looking For
  • Language Requirement: Fully fluent in English and Spanish 

  • Experience: 1+ years of HR experience (experience in food manufacturing, e-Commerce, or a start-up environment is preferred). Please note: Rehires are not eligible for this position.

  • Skills: Interpersonal, open communication and coaching skills; confident delivering presentations to groups.

  • Drive: Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working onsite in a busy, high-volume distribution center.

Role Details
  • Pay Rate: $25.00 / hour

  • Position Type: 3-Month Contract (with potential for extension)

  • Schedule: 4x10 Shift | 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

    • Option 1: Sunday–Wednesday

    • Option 2: Monday–Thursday

  • Start Date: ASAP
