A Maintenance Technician performs maintenance tasks in a liquid and powder processing facility, including installing, inspecting, and repairing equipment. The role ensures equipment reliability through preventive maintenance and supports improvement initiatives focused on safety and efficiency, as well as assisting with capital projects and equipment upgrades.
Education: HS Diploma or equivalent required, associate degree or relevant certifications in maintenance/industrial technology and high-pressure boiler license preferred
Experience: 2 years’ industrial maintenance in manufacturing environment
Special Requirements and Independency: Attention to detail is a must, be familiar with the routine operation of manufacturing equipment and quickly spot unusual occurrences.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift to 50 lbs., stand, walk, reach, stoop, squat, climb ramps & stairs, push and pull, reach at or below waist level and occasionally overhead, drive (forklift), hear, understand, and distinguish speech and other sounds (machinery alarms).
The base pay rate is $31.30 - $38.25.In addition to hiring pay, compensation package may include additional components such as health benefits, life insurance, 401K, vacation and yearly bonus incentive.
