Key Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to:
· Independently process bi-weekly payroll, deductions, taxes, and overtime.
· Maintain automated payroll/personnel files and health/dental insurance data.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual NYS Retirement & Teachers’ Retirement System reports.
· Provide excellent, courteous customer service to staff/retirees regarding payroll inquiries.
Minimum Qualifications:
· High School Diploma/GED + 2 years of experience maintaining financial accounts/records, OR
· 4 years of experience maintaining financial accounts/records, OR
· An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of the two listed minimum qualifications above.
