Program Manager - Up to $50/HR DOE!

This position is temporary with an opportunity to be hired full-time!

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Program Manager for our manufacturing client to start immediately at $50/hr DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, coordinate, and complete new product launch activities from initial customer commitment through PPAP approval and through ongoing change management for the life of the program.
• Work with outside sales to identify customer requirements prior to quoting, including materials, dimensions, tolerances, inspection needs, documentation, certification, testing, packaging, and delivery.
• Verify that all required information is complete and follow up with the appropriate sales contact to obtain any missing details.
• Review project status with management as needed and communicate new raw materials, high volumes, new processes, or other key launch factors to help determine launch strategy.
• Communicate directly with customers to confirm requirements, including visiting customer facilities when necessary.
• Partner with vendors and purchasing to secure pricing for materials or subcontract operations.
• Support sales during the negotiation of design or part changes before quoting.
• Identify process inefficiencies and request corrections as needed.
• Manage expedited quote and launch requests while communicating target completion dates to requestors.
• Generate cost estimates within the ERP system.
• Complete requotes as needed to support expected margin goals.
• Communicate launch status and key performance metrics to sales and manufacturing personnel.Continually improve internal launch, estimating, and related processes to increase productivity and accuracy
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Schedule/Shift Details: 8am-5pm

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Pressure sensitive adhesive experience or web material converting experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing as a Program Manager preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Access.
• Ability to use AutoCAD.
• Strong project management skills, including timeline and milestone development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead a team toward a common goal.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
• Good time management skills.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed based on workload.
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
