Job Description

KBW has partnered with a growing waste management company in the greater Boston area that's actively looking for a Billing Specialist to join their team! The Billing Specialist will be reporting directly into Corporate Manager of Billing. This role is onsite but has FREE PARKING! This is contract-to-hire and can convert into a permanent role.

Responsibilities:

Handling orders, invoicing, and billing pricing
Create and review invoices
Work with other departments on billing needs/questions
Handling any discrepancies with billing

Qualifications:

1-3+ years of billing/AR experience
Ability to work onsite in Somerville
Strong Excel skills
Oracle experience is nice to have, not required

Compensation Package: $22-25/hour depending on experience
