This is not a desk job. This is not a salaried position. This is for someone who wants to eat what they kill, with no ceiling on what that looks like.
What You'll Do
- Work a curated list of pre-foreclosure properties handed to you weekly
- Drive every address — verify vacancy, condition, and occupancy
- Talk to neighbors, mail carriers, anyone who knows the property
- Track down owners and make first contact when warranted
- Document findings — photos, notes, condition assessment — and bring qualified opportunities back to me
- Help shepherd deals from lead to close
Who I'm Looking For
- You know Brevard — Titusville to Palm Bay and every neighborhood in between
- You're comfortable knocking on doors and starting conversations with strangers
- You have a reliable vehicle and the discipline to work without anyone watching you
- Sales, real estate, wholesaling, bird-dog, or skip-trace experience is a big plus
- Organized enough to keep a pipeline moving and notes you can hand back to me
- License helpful, not required
What You'll Earn
- 10% - 20% of the net profit on every deal you source and shepherd through closing
- No cap. .
- A typical deal nets $20K–$60K+ - do the math
- Steady deal flow funded and ready. You are not generating leads from scratch.
