Kenneth’s Salon + Spas is currently looking for a dedicated Guest Services professional to join our team at our Upper Arlington / Kingsdale location. . This $15.00/hr, part-time team member will serve as the first and last impression for each guest. We are looking for the very best who are passionate about delivering a luxury experience in a fast-paced environment.
SCHEDULE
Total hours: 25-30 hrs a week
Monday-Friday: Position requires availability between 7:30 AM and 9:00 PM - working 3-4 days a week and 6-8 hrs each day - will work mostly days and evenings.
Saturdays: Up to 3 Saturdays/month with open availability from 730a-6p
Abilities and Skills Needed:
- Expert customer service and communication skills which include telephone and email etiquette
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Commitment to guest care and ongoing professional growth
- Strength in computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Answer, investigate and respond to all customer inquiries regarding appointments, products, and feedback
