Job Opportunity: Temp-to-Hire Legal Receptionist Location: Downtown Nashua, NH

Hours: Monday – Friday, 35–40 hours/week (Slight flexibility for the right candidate) Pay Rate: $19.00 – $21.00 / hour (Based on experience) Are you an experienced administrative professional looking to grow your career within the legal field? Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management: Greet clients, visitors, and legal professionals with a warm and professional demeanor.

  • Communication: Answer and route incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and manage the general office email.

  • Administrative Support: Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and data entry to support the legal and administrative teams.

  • Schedule Coordination: Manage conference room schedules and assist with basic calendar management.

  • Mail Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and legal correspondence, while managing outgoing deliveries.

Position Requirements
  • Experience: Previous reception, office, or administrative experience is required (prior experience in a legal environment is a plus!).

  • Skills: excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

  • Background Check: All talent must be willing to undergo a full background check prior to employment.

  • Reliability: A professional demeanor and dependable attendance are essential.
