Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Project Assistant to support the Project Manager in executing special and technical projects, preparing reports, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with special and technical projects
• Prepare reports, documentation, and project-related materials
• Provide full administrative and office support functions
• Coordinate scheduling, resources, and time management tasks
• Support daily operational needs of the department
• Ensure efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required
• Bachelor’s degree (health-related or engineering field preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in scheduling, coordination, and administrative support
• Strong ability to manage deadlines in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
