Junior Business Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst (BA) to support a data transformation initiative for a Global Network Production System (GNPS) that supports our client's overall MRO. This role will focus heavily on Excel-based data analysis, cleanup, and transformation, helping move large datasets out of Excel into more scalable systems. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented and comfortable working with large, complex datasets in operational/manufacturing environment

Skills and Requirements

-Strong experience with Excel, including:

Pivot tables

-Advanced formulas (e.g., XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH)

-Data manipulation and reporting

-Experience working with large datasets / data-heavy environments

-Strong attention to detail and ability to work through high-volume data tasks

-Ability to translate business needs into data requirements and documentation -Experience with VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) to automate Excel processes

-Basic knowledge of SQL or data tools (nice-to-have but not required)
