Associate Chiropractor – Alive Chiropractic (Elm Grove, WI)
Vitalistic | Corrective | Family & Prenatal Care | $70–80k Base + Bonuses | Fridays & Weekends OFF

Alive Chiropractic is a growing, faith-centered, vitalistic, subluxation-based family practice in Elm Grove, WI. We provide corrective chiropractic care that addresses underlying structural issues—not just symptoms—helping patients of all ages heal from above-down, inside-out and live life to the fullest.
We are seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Associate Chiropractor who loves serving families, is eager to grow, and wants to join a high-energy, purpose-driven team.Compensation & Benefits

• $70,000–$80,000 base salary + performance bonuses

Office Schedule

• Monday: 9:00–1:30 & 2:30–6:00
• Tuesday: 12:00–6:00
• Wednesday: 9:00–1:30 & 2:30–5:00
• Thursday: 9:00–1:30 & 2:30–6:00
• Friday & Weekends: OFF

This schedule supports excellent work–life balance and consistent weekly rhythms.Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality corrective chiropractic adjustments
• Perform exams, X-rays, ROFs, and care plan recommendations
• Educate patients on vitalistic and principled chiropractic
• Provide exceptional care to families, kids, athletes, and prenatal patients
• Collaborate with a positive, growth-oriented team
• Participate in trainings, team meetings, and occasional community outreach

• Knowledge of the Webster Technique OR willingness to learn
• Willingness to learn instrument-based adjusting (e.g., TRT)

Requirements

• Current Wisconsin chiropractic license preferred
• Students, new grads, and those in process of obtaining licensure encouraged to apply
• Desire to learn new systems, adjusting styles, and communication frameworks
