Engineer I

Engineer I wanted by GBT US LLC in New York, NY. Working closely with Software Engineers, Architects, Product Management and others to design and build APIGEE APIS; working closely with different application teams to design and build Protegrity data protection services; troubleshooting productions issues and infrastructure related issues; participating in architecture and security reviews for API Projects to comply with GBT Security Standards & Procedures; Product version upgrade and patching; and designing and implementing automation for deployment. Must have a Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Information System or a related field plus three (3) years of relevant experience. In lieu of a Masters degree plus three years of experience, we will accept a relevant Bachelors degree plus five (5) years of relevant progressive experience. Depending on degree, must also have 3 or 5 years of experience with Java Script XSLT, XML & JSON processing, and Unix/Linux commands; 3 or 5 years of experience with REST APIs; 3 or 5 years of experience with CI/CD (Jenkins and Git); 3 or 5 years of experience with APIGEE; 3 or 5 years of experience with Troubleshooting Production issues; and 2 or 4 years of experience with Protegrity.
