Physical Therapist (PT) – School-Based Opportunity
South Carolina | 2026–2027 School Year

Elevation Healthcare is currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a part-time, school-based opportunity in South Carolina for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year.

This opportunity is expected to provide approximately 27 hours per month and includes one day per week of direct therapy services. Responsibilities include completing evaluations and reevaluations, participating in IEP meetings, and completing all related documentation and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students within the school setting
• Complete evaluations and reevaluations as required
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state requirements
• Support students’ physical access, mobility, and participation within the educational environment

Requirements

• Active South Carolina Physical Therapist licensure/certification
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
