Job Title: Multi-Modality Technologist – CT/X-Ray
Location: Beloit, WI 53511
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
- Night Shift
- Monday – Thursday
- 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Multi-Modality Technologist specializing in CT and X-Ray for a night shift travel assignment. The ideal candidate will be experienced in diagnostic imaging procedures, patient care, and operating imaging equipment in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Perform CT and Radiography procedures according to department protocols
- Verify patient clinical history and ensure proper documentation for radiologist review
- Prepare and position patients to obtain optimal diagnostic images
- Operate imaging equipment and image capture devices safely and effectively
- Administer contrast media and maintain IV access as required
- Practice aseptic technique and follow universal precautions
- Provide patient education and minimize patient anxiety during procedures
- Assist with inventory management and supply control
- Support department projects and provide clinical leadership when needed
- Train and mentor students and team members
- Initiate basic life support measures when necessary
- Maintain competency in all assigned imaging modalities
- Graduate of an accredited Radiography Program required
- ARRT Registered in Radiography required
- ARRT Registered in CT required
- Active Wisconsin DSPS Radiographer License required
- AHA BLS/CPR Certification required
- Ability to work independently in a night shift environment required
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
- Ability to manage multiple imaging modalities efficiently preferred
