If yes, then bring your talent and skills to F.E. Moran, Inc. Refrigeration! We have an exciting opportunity in our Lemont, IL office for an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team. As our company continues to expand, we want you to grow and develop with us!

You Are:

• EXPERIENCED: Previous scheduling / dispatch experience , preferred in construction or related industry; previous customer service experience
• TECHNICAL: Proficient in data entry and reporting in ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Email
• ANALYTICAL: Critical thinker with strong attention to detail; ability to problem-solve with creative solutions
• A SELF-STARTER: U tilize time management to successfully manage multiple competing priorities; ask questions and seek out information
• A COMMUNICATOR: Effectively communicate, both verbally and written, to varied levels of audiences
  

What You’ll Do:

• COORDINATE: Answer inbound service calls from customers, enter orders and dispatch service based on urgency and location; research, locate, and order equipment for service as needed
• ACCOUNTING FUNCTIONS: Issue purchasing orders, vendor invoices, collections, and billing
• ORGANIZE: Prioritize customer requests, prepare daily routes, and schedule technicians
• CONTACT: Communicate with technicians regarding job status and help to resolve customer concerns
• DOCUMENT: Process completed job orders, administer contracts, and update client files
