Talent Acquisition Coordinator We are currently seeking candidates for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator role with a growing global organization located in Boston, Massachusetts. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for supporting high-volume recruiting efforts across North America while assisting the Talent Acquisition team with administrative recruiting functions, candidate communication, and interview coordination. The ideal candidate will have 1–3+ years of recruiting, recruiting coordination, customer service, or administrative experience within a fast-paced environment.
This is a 6+ month contract position paying between $27-$30/hour (depending on experience).
This role supports a hybrid work model, consisting of 3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week. Candidates must be comfortable working on-site in Boston, MA Tuesday through Thursday.
Responsibilities: - Support the Talent Acquisition team with high-volume recruiting and administrative recruiting functions
- Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assist with candidate evaluation and interview coordination.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, notes, and recruiting activity within internal ATS and CRM systems.
- Assist with scheduling interviews, entering relocation packages, and supporting recruiting operations workflows.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to senior recruiters and hiring teams.
- Manage candidate communication throughout various stages of the recruiting process.
- Assist with proactive sourcing efforts and talent pipeline development as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with recruiting team members and business partners in a highly team-oriented environment.
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.
- Provide additional support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–3+ years of recruiting, recruiting coordination, administrative, or customer service experience.
- Previous agency recruiting experience is a plus but not required.
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments preferred.
- Workday experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, organized, team-oriented, and eager to build a career within HR or Talent Acquisition.
- Professional and polished demeanor with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment
