CEADSOL is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support advanced product development initiatives within a highly regulated engineering environment. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about PCB design, embedded systems, prototyping, and cross-functional product development.

You will work closely with mechanical, firmware, and manufacturing teams to develop next-generation electronic systems from concept through production.

What You’ll Work On

• End-to-end PCBA design including ideation, schematic capture, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing support
• Analog and digital circuit design for embedded electrical systems
• PCB design and layout using Cadence and/or Altium
• Debugging, troubleshooting, and validation using oscilloscopes and other lab equipment
• Supporting design reviews, verification testing, and product reliability efforts
• Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams and external development/manufacturing partners

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a core Electrical Engineering role
• Strong understanding of:
• PCB layout and stack-up design
• Signal integrity
• Embedded hardware systems
• Experience with communication protocols such as:
• Bluetooth
• SPI
• I2C
• USB
• UART
• Experience with Cadence and/or Altium Designer
• Knowledge of EMC/EMI, ESD, and regulated product development standards
• Familiarity with IEC 60601 series standards preferred
• Exposure to rigid-flex/flex PCBAs, motor integration, and DC motor control is a plus
• Programming exposure in C, C++, Python, or LabVIEW is advantageous

Preferred Background

• Medical device, robotics, consumer electronics, or embedded product development experience
• Experience working in regulated engineering environments
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced development programs

Pay: $60,417.88 - $75,255.93 per year
