Job Description

We are seeking a driven, analytical Professional to join our team in a fast-paced business environment. This role is ideal for a self-starter who excels at problem-solving, numbers, and data reconciliations, and who can seamlessly manage communication between internal teams and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and resolve operational and financial issues by effectively connecting data points.

  • Manage day-to-day reconciliations, ensuring high accuracy across numbers and financial data.

  • Act as a key communicator, partnering confidently with customers and internal stakeholders to drive resolutions.

  • Maintain strong organization and rigorous follow-through on all open tasks and accounts.

  • Adapt quickly to changing business priorities and new internal systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, business operations, or Accounts Receivable (AR).

  • Analytical Skills: problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail.

  • Communication: Confident, professional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Mindset: A quick learner and self-starter who takes complete ownership and accountability for their deliverables.



salary: $20 - $25 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

- Responsible for overseeing collection activities of all North America.
- Manage collections and provide early-stage customer service to avoid any customer complaints.
- Coordinate with cash applications team for accurate application of funds and remittance advice.
- Work on disputes of assigned portfolio to drive resolution/closure.
- Work on unapplied cash of assigned portfolio. Manage portfolio review calls with internal/external stakeholders.
- Process adjustments, write off, netting requests, refunds
- Account Reconciliations
- Maintain daily adherence as per business requirements
- Analyzing daily AR reports to drive cash collection
