About the Job

Majestic Roofing, Inc. is looking for dependable individuals to join our roofing crew in Gunnison, CO and nearby communities. We work on residential and light commercial roofs and are willing to train the right candidates.

Pay and Benefits

• Starting pay: $24 per hour, based on experience
• Occasional performance-based bonuses
• Paid time off (PTO) available

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, repair, and replacement of roofing systems
• Safely use ladders, tools, and roofing materials
• Follow instructions from crew leaders and work as part of a team
• Maintain a clean and safe job site

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working at heights and on roofs
• Able to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
• Location Requirement: Candidates must currently have established, permanent housing in the Gunnison, CO region. Please note that housing in this area is extremely competitive, and applicants must be able to report to the physical work location immediately upon accepting an offer.

Training and Trial Period

• No roofing experience required; we are willing to train motivated applicants
• 90-day trial period to evaluate performance and fit with the team
