Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team at our Auburn, Indiana office. In this role, you will work directly with the Owner / Principal Engineer to take high-level marketing concepts, strategies, and creative ideas and turn them into execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign & Idea Implementation: Coordinate directly with leadership to execute monthly marketing goals, email distributions, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
• Content & Social Media Management: Schedule and publish website updates, blog posts, and professional social media content across platforms like LinkedIn to maintain brand visibility.
• Marketing Automation Support: Learn and manage basic workflows, lists, tagging, and triggers within our digital email and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Field & Event Coordination: Travel locally to active engineering job sites to document progress (capturing photos, videos, or project milestones) and attend up to four (4) industry trade shows per year to support booth logistics and lead generation.
• Quality Assurance: Meticulously proofread copy, test hyperlinks, and preview layout formatting across devices before any public campaign or communication goes live.
• Tracking & Reporting: Gather and compile monthly performance analytics (open rates, click-through rates, digital traffic) to see what strategies are driving results.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, public relations, or a related administrative role (relevant internships count!).
• Technical Aptitude: Tech-savvy with a strong willingness to learn new digital platforms, CRM tools, email delivery systems, and software applications like Teamwork and Canva.
• Travel Flexibility: Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel to regional field sites and up to four trade shows annually.
• Process-Driven Mindset: Exceptional organizational skills, an affinity for standard procedures, and a strong sense of personal accountability.
• Communication: Highly articulate written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for presentation consistency.
• Professional Ethics: High level of discretion and integrity required when handling internal company processes, files, and project portfolios.
