Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing operations, patient care quality, and staff performance in a hospital setting. The role involves leadership across Med/Surg units, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff across assigned units
• Monitor patient care quality and compliance standards
• Work with nurse managers on performance improvement initiatives
• Address staffing, scheduling, and operational needs
• Assist with corrective actions and staff performance management
• Develop systems for tracking medication errors and counseling
• Ensure adherence to patient safety and quality protocols
• Promote patient-centered care practices
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and DON

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
• Active New York RN License
• Minimum 7 years nursing experience
• At least 5 years in supervisory or leadership role
• BLS Certification required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
