Compensation: $50,000
A growing provider of CCTV, electronics, low-voltage, and fire alarm solutions is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations within a fast-paced technical inventory environment.
This individual will take full ownership of warehouse organization, shipping and receiving activities, inventory flow, fleet readiness, and overall operational efficiency. This is not a people management role. Instead, the focus is on process ownership, organization, workflow management, and ensuring the warehouse operates efficiently from start to finish each day.
The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse and inventory experience along with exposure to electronics, CCTV systems, fire alarm products, low-voltage systems, or related technical inventory environments. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in highly active operational settings and enjoys taking ownership of warehouse processes and organization.
- Take full ownership of daily warehouse operations and workflow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and highly efficient warehouse environment
- Ensure materials, inventory, and products are properly stored, labeled, tracked, and readily accessible
- Continuously improve warehouse organization and operational efficiency
- Manage all shipping and receiving activities including incoming inventory and outgoing materials
- Stage materials and products for upcoming jobs and operational needs
- Support inventory flow and maintain operational readiness throughout the day
- Accurately identify products, materials, and technical inventory components
- Remain highly hands-on throughout the day while supporting warehouse operations and workflow needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure materials and equipment are available when needed
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, efficiency, and operational flow
- Maintain company fleet readiness and ensure vehicles remain organized and operational
- Previous warehouse, logistics, inventory, or operations experience required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in highly active warehouse environments requiring movement throughout most of the day
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to lift and move warehouse inventory and equipment as needed
- Experience within:
- CCTV systems
- Electronics distribution
- Fire alarm products
- Low-voltage systems
- Technical inventory environments
