JOB REQUIREMENTS: Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin invites

applications for a full-time position of Assistant Director of Grants Administration to provide support to the Executive Director, Director and Associate Director of Grants Administration, and Principal Investigators across disciplines by performing various accounting, administrative, and monitoring functions to ensure all grant dollars are managed in accordance with sponsor restrictions and that sponsor reporting requirements are met in a timely and organized fashion. Emphasis is on developing proposal budgets for completeness and accuracy, understanding and training the University community on grant regulations and the impact of University Policies and Procedures on grants, establishing restricted grant accounts, monitoring spending activity, coordinating submission of technical and financial reports and closing accounts. Requires a bachelor\'s degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or a closely related field (foreign equivalent accepted), and three years of experience in accounting and/or grants administration.
