The Missouri Department of Mental Health (DMH) seeks a lead Administrative Assistant in the Division of Administrative Services.
The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support, logistical and project assistance to the Division of Administrative Services Director and other assigned staff in the division. This includes managing calendars, preparing correspondence, coordinating meetings, handling sensitive information with confidentiality. The ideal candidate will exercise good judgement in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
The base salary offered for this position is up to $66,153.60 annually, commensurate with education and experience. If the selected candidate is eligible for a pay differential, such as retention pay, the total salary may exceed what is listed in this posting.

Qualifications:
Two or more years of professional experience as a Lead Administrative Support Assistant also required. Associate’s degree from an accredited university or college strongly preferred.
