Senior Director, Product Management, Plymouth Meeting, PA
Responsibilities: Own the development and strategic direction of Precision Insights applications, ensuring alignment with the overarching Precision360 framework. Tailor Precision Insights capabilities to address oncology-specific needs within commercial life sciences markets. Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on client needs and market trends. Define commercial use cases and translate into actionable product requirements, ensuring solutions align with business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and data teams to understand client challenges and deliver impactful solutions. Define product success metrics specific to commercial oncology applications and track performance to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. Act as the primary product interface for commercial clients, engaging them to gather feedback, demonstrate value, and identify opportunities for growth. Present product vision, capabilities, and roadmap updates to clients and stakeholders, fostering trust and partnership. Define Sales Enablement plan including marketing and sales for GTM planning. Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure seamless product experience from implementation through adoption. Partner with engineering, data science, and UX teams to ensure the successful delivery of product features. Work across the broader ConcertAI product organization to align Precision Insights development with Precision360’s core framework and strategic objectives. Facilitate collaboration between internal teams to optimize product delivery and meet commercial client requirements.
Qualifications: This position requires a Bachelor’s (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Information Technologies, Electronics Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS) or a closely related Field plus 7 years of Work experience in Product Management or closely related.
Special Requirements: REQUIRED EXPERTISE/KNOWLEDGE:
1. Four years of experience in senior leadership roles including Director and Senior Product Manager positions, with responsibility for healthcare and life sciences SaaS product management, AI product strategy, enterprise SaaS delivery, cross-functional execution, and commercialization of healthcare and life sciences platforms.
2. Knowledge of oncology-focused commercial life sciences applications, including patient access and reimbursement workflows, Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) case management, payer coverage and prior authorization processes, fill-risk identification using predictive analytics, therapy initiation delays, oncology patient journey tracking, specialty pharmacy coordination, and compliance-driven content generation for oncology brands, supported by oncology-focused commercial life sciences domain knowledge.
3. Experience managing enterprise SaaS products for healthcare and life sciences, including machine learning systems applied to healthcare workflows, Generative AI platform designs incorporating Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AWS cloud architecture for healthcare applications, FDA regulatory and compliance processes relevant to commercial life sciences; ownership of product roadmaps, requirements definition, enterprise system design for clinical and commercial healthcare applications, platform architecture, validation, deployment, and post-production optimization.
4. Experience working with life sciences commercial teams supporting workflows such as patient access coordination, reimbursement case triage, prior authorization tracking, appeals management, specialty pharmacy status monitoring, field team task prioritization, alert-driven workflows powered by predictive analytics, and commercial analytics for therapy adoption and persistence.
