JOB REQUIREMENTS: Lead, coach, and manage the service department,
including staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management. Establish and maintain service standards and procedures that promote efficiency, consistency, and customer satisfaction. Monitor service team performance and provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and recognition. Coordinate daily and weekly service routes to balance customer needs with operational efficiency. Manage administrative responsibilities, including invoicing, order processing, inventory tracking, and service documentation. Ensure timely completion of work orders while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. Partner with internal departments to improve service processes, customer satisfaction, and operational performance. Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and effectively. Analyze recurring service issues and implement corrective actions to improve overall performance. Audit service operations to ensure compliance with company standards, productivity goals, and customer expectations. Serve as the primary liaison between service and planning departments to ensure inventory availability and service readiness. Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned. \*\** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 3+ years of service management, operations management, or related leadership experience. Proven success delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer concerns. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand service-related operations. Experience implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiencies. General understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems strongly preferred.
