Job Title: Front Desk Administrator (PART-TIME)
Job Description
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Office / Facilities Coordinator to support day-to-day office operations in a growing, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the face of the office, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and is eager to help build structure and processes in a developing workspace.
Responsibilities
Provide front desk support by answering phones and managing visitor access.
Support office operations, including tracking and maintaining inventory.
Order and manage office supplies.
Assist with small internal events and office coordination.
Support the field service team with map creation and logistics coordination.
Help establish and streamline office processes.
Essential Skills
Strong professionalism with the ability to manage a front-facing role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and keep up in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
3+ years of receptionist/administrative assistant and/or front desk experience.
High school diploma or GED required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Open to candidates who are eager to learn and grow.
Comfortable with occasional lifting/storage tasks.
Flexibility and customer focus are a must.
Experience in customer service, office management, retail, or hospitality.
Strong computer skills and data entry experience.
Open to entry-level or early-career candidates, as well as teachers transitioning careers.
Work Environment
The position is based in a new office supporting approximately 24 onsite employees. The office primarily supports an engineering team with some field service presence. The working hours are from 8 am to 1 pm, Monday through Friday, and the dress code is business casual. Team members report to the Facilities department and should be comfortable with occasional lifting and storage tasks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.80 - $36.00/hr.
