Senior Corporate Communications Manager

About The Role:

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Communications Manager to play a critical role in shaping how employees experience CBRE-helping connect strategy, culture and communication in ways that drive engagement, trust and retention.

This role will partner closely with other team members to deliver internal and select external communications that align with CBRE's business priorities and values driven culture.

You will oversee high impact communication strategies from concept through execution, bringing a strong point of view, disciplined project management, and a commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement. Success in this role requires operating with accountability and integrity, influencing across functions, and translating complex business priorities into compelling, actionable communications for a large, global workforce.

What You'll Do:

  • Help lead and execute communication strategies for key enterprise and functional initiatives, managing projects end-to-end.

  • Drive employee communications, experience and engagement projects grounded in a strong understanding of CBRE's business, workforce and strategy.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and collaborator on messaging, communication approach and change readiness.

  • Support reputation, brand and intellectual property management.

  • Use digital tools, platforms and data to help design campaigns, measure effectiveness, and continuously improve impact.

  • Establish and track key metrics to evaluate communication and engagement outcomes.

  • Help manage external partners and vendors, ensuring quality, alignment and cost efficiency.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion, integrity and sound judgment.

  • Contribute to a collaborative, high performing team environment.

  • 6-10 years of experience in corporate communications, with a strong focus on employee/internal communications.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across levels and functions.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast paced, evolving environments.

  • Strong strategic thinking, project management and organizational skills.

  • A mindset that is proactive, accountable, and results oriented.

  • Comfort navigating sensitive topics and gaining alignment without compromising relationships.

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing or a related field is a plus.
