Job Description:
Prepare detailed price quotes and project estimates based on customer Statements of Work (SOW)
Build accurate bills of material (BOM) for electronic assemblies, including boards, mechanicals, and custom parts
Source component pricing and lead times from approved suppliers, factoring in MOQ requirements
Use the M1 MRP system to manage customer data, supplier records, and pricing information
Collaborate with procurement, production, and inventory teams to validate quote accuracy
Follow up on open quotations and revise pricing as customer requirements evolve
Triage incoming RFQ packages to identify missing information and prioritize next steps
Deliver responsive customer service to both internal teams and external customers via email and phone
Skills & Qualifications
Microsoft Excel (formulas) in recent role
1-4 years in an electronics manufacturing, contract manufacturing (EMS), or technical production environment
Experience communicating with vendors, customers, and suppliers
Familiarity with MRP or ERP systems such as M1, Epicor, NetSuite, SAP Business One, or similar
Prior experience in a quoting, estimating, or pricing analyst role

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
