Role Summary:

The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for driving the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of employee development programs that align with organizational goals. This role partners with business leaders to identify skill gaps, implement impactful learning solutions, and foster a culture of continuous growth. The L&D Manager also supports the administration and optimization of the organization's learning platform, leveraging data and insights to enhance learning effectiveness and user experience. Combining strategic vision with hands-on execution, this role ensures that learning initiatives support both employee development and business performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies that align with business goals and talent priorities.

  • Lead needs assessments to identify skills gaps and create targeted development programs for employees at all levels.

  • Support the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the learning platform, ensuring a seamless user experience and accurate reporting.

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of training programs, including content development, vendor management, delivery, and evaluation.

  • Analyze learning data and metrics to measure effectiveness, drive insights, and continuously improve program outcomes.

  • Partner with HR partners and business leaders to support leadership development, onboarding, upskilling, and reskilling initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance training requirements are met and properly tracked.

  • Stay current on learning trends, technologies, and best practices, incorporating innovative approaches such as digital learning, microlearning, and blended learning solutions.

· Lead and manage the organization's performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and quarterly check-ins, ensuring alignment with business objectives and integration with learning and development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or related field.

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related function.

  • Proven experience administering and managing an LMS or enterprise learning platform

  • Expert knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and program evaluation techniques.

  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable learning programs across diverse teams.

  • Experience using data and analytics to measure learning effectiveness and inform decisions.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with digital learning tools, content authoring software, and virtual learning platforms.

  • Strong content creation and facilitation skills by designing engaging learning materials and delivering dynamic, high-impact training sessions across multiple modalities (in-person, virtual, and self-paced).

Travel:

  • This position is remote.

  • Up to 10% of travel required
