Full-Time Monday-Friday Shift Requirements Day Shift Typical hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Occasional overtime may be required based on production needs

Job Description


Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Engineering Support Specialist to provide administrative, technical, and customer support within a manufacturing and fabrication environment. This position supports customer communication, project coordination, technical documentation, and production operations to help ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

Job Duties:

Assist customers with product inquiries, quotes, and order information

Coordinate project details between customers, engineering staff, and production teams

Create, update, and maintain CAD drawings and technical documentation

Support order tracking, scheduling, material coordination, and project records management

Maintain organized files, specifications, and operational documentation

Assist with workflow coordination to support production efficiency and customer satisfaction

Provide general administrative and technical support to engineering and production departments

Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal staff

Qualifications:

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in CAD software and basic computer applications preferred

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment

Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, drafting, engineering support, or industrial operations preferred

Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and customer service abilities

Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, sales, and production teams

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical training preferred

Prior experience in engineering support, drafting, customer service, manufacturing, or administrative support preferred

Experience with technical drawings, project coordination, or fabrication environments is a plus
