Data Center Construction Manager - 1st shift

Job Description

This is a senior, onsite leadership role where?you'll?take full ownership of construction execution-from?day one?planning through commissioning and closeout-ensuring projects are safe, on schedule, fully compliant, and built to the?high standards? for the data center project!

Skills and Requirements

Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and best?in class?safety practices.?

Mastery of?low voltage, fiber, and structured cabling installation for?mission critical?environments.?

Advanced capability in commissioning, system validation, and telecom quality control processes.?

Ability to interpret complex drawings, specifications, and construction schedules.?

Experience?identifying?design discrepancies and managing technical change control.?

Operational & Digital Skills?

Ability to build and manage work activity sequencing and project phasing plans.?

Strong computer skills: MS Office, Blue beam, and construction management platforms.?

Ability to quickly learn new construction technologies and workflow tools.?

What You Bring?

High School Diploma or GED?required.?

Experience managing large, dispersed field teams (100+).?

Data center?new build?or retrofit experience strongly preferred.?

Experience working with?union telecom crews?and labor compliance preferred.?

Preferred certifications:??

OSHA30?(or ability to obtain within 6 months)?

BICSI Technician (TECH)?

BICSI RCDD
