Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Full Cycle Recruiter with a strong track record of hiring for engineering and technical roles. This individual will own the entire recruiting lifecycle-from intake through offer acceptance-while partnering closely with hiring managers to attract top-tier technical talent.
The ideal candidate understands engineering skillsets, can effectively assess technical candidates, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruiting
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for engineering roles (intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding)
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategies
Drive a high-quality, efficient candidate experience from first touch through acceptance
Sourcing & Talent Attraction
Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical platforms
Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-fill roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers)
Develop creative sourcing strategies to engage diverse and underrepresented talent
Technical Screening & Evaluation
Conduct initial screenings to evaluate both technical and cultural fit
Assess core engineering competencies such as:
Programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C++)
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Data structures, algorithms, and system design fundamentals
DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)
Partner with engineering teams to ensure appropriate technical interview processes
Stakeholder Management
Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices
Provide consistent updates on pipeline health, hiring progress, and challenges
Collaborate with HR and leadership on workforce planning and hiring forecasts
Process & Reporting
Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates, pipeline health)
Optimize recruiting processes and implement best practices for efficiency and scalability
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment regulations
QualificationsRequired
3-6+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on engineering/technical roles
Proven success hiring for roles such as:
Software Engineers (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack)
DevOps / Site Reliability Engineers
Data Engineers / Data Scientists
QA / Automation Engineers
Strong understanding of modern software development technologies and frameworks
Experience sourcing technical talent through multiple channels
Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
